Hi! We’re Amanda and Nikki and we’re so glad you’re here!

We’re so passionate about planting ourselves in the present moment with mindfulness because studies show that as little as 5-minutes a day can be a potent anti-dote to stress.

We’ve combined our passion for the understanding the nervous system and our backgrounds (Nikki is a 200-hr Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Instructor and Amanda is a Reiki Master and Certified Life Coach) to create simple ways to release stress and naturally create a sense of calm, no matter what season of life you’re in.
